Race begins near the Central Rappahannock Regional Library
(CRRL), at 1201 Caroline Street and ends at the library.
Race starts at 7:30 am. Course map will be provided at
Virginia Runners Store and at the Rappahannock Area YMCA.
For the safety of all runners, please avoid bringing your
pets, all types of skates, baby joggers, and radio headsets.

From I-95 take Exit 130A (Route 3 East Fredericksburg). Continue on Route 3 East for approximately 3.5 miles. This will take you through downtown Fredericksburg. Route 3 is known as William Street when you are in the City. Turn left on Sophia Street (last traffic light before the bridge). Library is two blocks on the left.

Top three men and women will receive cash awards. Prizes to the top three Master winners. Awards to
the top three finishers in each of the following age groups:
15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
Awards to top three Clydesdale (200+ Men) and Athena Division (150+ Women)

Race packet may be picked up at the VA Runners Store on Saturday, 26, 2008.. Please call VA Runner
(540-548-1566) for hours (directions go to www.varunner.com). You may also pick up your race packet on
race day from 6:00-7:15 am at the City Library on Caroline Street.

Post-race refreshments including bagels, fruits, donuts, beer, and a lot more will be available immediately
after the finish in the parking lot of the Library.

|
Porta-Johns will be available near the race finish (library) and the library restrooms will be available.
|
|
This year’s proceeds will benefit the Civitan programs.
